USDA Income Limits
USDA Guaranteed eligibility is based on household income—not just the income used to qualify for the mortgage.
Guaranteed program limit
USDA's current public program page says applicants cannot exceed 115% of median household income for the applicable area.
Area and household size matter
Income limits vary by location and household size. The current USDA eligibility system should be used rather than a national flat-dollar number.
Adjusted income can differ from raw annual income
USDA applies program-defined deductions and adjustments when determining income eligibility. That is why a household's raw annual income and its eligibility income may not be identical.

USDA rules and income/property eligibility can change. The current USDA eligibility site, handbook, GUS result and approved lender requirements control the actual transaction.
