Can This Actually Be Done?

Ask Mortgage Navigator the question you would normally type into Google.

You should not need mortgage jargon to get a useful answer. Mortgage Navigator now answers the high-frequency questions buyers and homeowners actually ask, then routes you to deeper guides, calculators and program-specific details.

What do you want to know?

Try a real question: “How much money do I need to buy a house?”, “Why did my mortgage payment go up?”, “Can I remove PMI?”, “Should I refinance?”, or “I’m self-employed and write off a lot on taxes.”

Unanswered questions improve Mortgage Navigator.

If Navigator cannot confidently match a question, the visitor can optionally send the exact question to MortgageDadOf3 for review. The feedback form asks for no name, email address or phone number and warns visitors not to include sensitive financial information. These questions can be used to decide which answers should be added next.

Answers first. Human review only when it is actually needed.

The expanded engine gives a direct plain-English answer to common questions before offering deeper resources. For complicated files, it still distinguishes a program rule, AUS/underwriting result, lender overlay, and documentation or structure issue.

Mortgage Navigator is educational. It can explain common rules and concepts, but it does not approve loans, quote live pricing, promise eligibility, or replace review of the complete file and current lender/investor requirements.
