Josh, I’ve always heard For conventional loans with less than a 20% downpayment you are obligated to get private mortgage insurance.

Well this is true BUT… there are options to permanently buyout that monthly PMI upfront.

I have been successfully doing this for my homebuyers using conventional financing saving them hundreds of dollars each month and thousands over the life of the mortgage insurance.
